Cancellation Policy
My cancellation policy as of May 18th, 2024 is that at least a 48 hour notice is required for any appointment cancellation or rescheduling, if that is not given you will be charged 50% of your service value.
If an appointment is cancelled one hour or less prior to an appointment, or ANY no call no shows, you will be charged 100% of the service value.
Exceptions do apply! I completely understand life happens, however, in order for me to ensure the success of my business, so that I can provide you with exceptional services, I MUST implement these policies.
